New To Trinity
Vestry & Staff

The Wardens and other officers share in leading the parish and Vestry. Each Warden and Officer is responsible for taking care of their particular area of responsibility. The Senior Warden, for example, is often called the "Rector's Warden," and the Junior Warden, "the People's Warden." The Wardens and other officers are members of our parish elected by the church membership. They work in tandem with the Vestry and Rector to implement a vision and oversee the church's activity and welfare.

The Vestry is the governing board of the church. It consists of the Rector, the four officers (Senior Warden, Junior Warden, Secretary, and Treasurer) and as many as 15 members of our parish elected by the church membership. The Vestry is particularly responsible for the care of church finances and buildings. The lay members of the Vestry and the Rector work in tandem to create a vision and oversee the church's activity and welfare.
